Mayne Pharma Refund and Returns Policy
A consumer can request Mayne Pharma International Pty Ltd (we) for a refund or replacement for a Mayne Pharma product purchased at www.shop.maynepharma.com if the following conditions are met:
· The product was purchased within Australia
· We have breached a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including damages in transit.
If our failure to comply with a consumer guarantee constitutes a 'major failure' under the ACL, we will either replace or refund the full amount paid by the consumer. In either case, we may request the return or photographs of the product in question for investigations.
We will not refund a product if:
- Consumer changed their mind about the product or purchased it in error.
- Too much time has passed. The right to a refund ends after a period of time has passed in which one would expect the problem to have become apparent; or
- The product was damaged after delivery.
If you wish to request a refund/replacement, please send an email to au.commercialservices@maynepharma.com with your purchase order or receipt attached, and include your contact details.
We will contact you if more information is required for the investigation of the pharmaceutical product, such as photographs.
This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to the extent it is permitted by the ACL and nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies, or has the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying: (a) the application of the ACL, (b) the exercise of a right conferred by the ACL; or (c) any liability of a person for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee under the ACL.
